Please choose products carefully. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:

  • You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind
  • You misused the products in any way that caused the problem
  • the product did not perform to your expectations
  • you do not like the flavour/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label

Neither Limitless laboratories, nor the products we sell, claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well-balanced diet. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.


Please note we DO NOT refund for change of mind purchases. If you receive your products and wish to return them, you may submit a return request via the below details within 7 days of receiving your product for a STORE CREDIT. For change of mind returns, shipping cost is to be paid at the customers experience.

If supplements are being returned, please ensure all seals and labels are intact and the tub has not been opened.

Please send through an enquiry via email for approval from our team before returning supplements. Return request must be approved before items are returned. Once request has been approved, a returns address will be provided to you.

  • Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos

After we have received the Goods and assess that there are no damages, we will issue you with a store credit sent via email.




If you receive your item and it is faulty/ unusable, you will be issued with a FULL REFUND via your initial purchase payment method. 

Once we have received your item and have assessed damages, your initial payment method will be credited with the full purchase price of the goods. Please note your return request MUST be submitted within 3 days of receiving your item and returned no later than 10 days from the date of the request approval.


Please note:

  • If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
  • We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you will need to return the item to us via trackable post (ie. Australia post) at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.
